How to Practice
Set aside five quiet minutes. Sit comfortably, breathe deeply, and bring your focus to your heart.
As you chant or hum, imagine the sound moving through your energy field washing away tension, illuminating your cells, and realigning you with peace. Mantra practice is an ancient practice that is still around today for a good reason.
