Have you heard the term, “you are so grounded” or “you need to ground yourself? ”

What exactly is being grounded?

What I have come to know about grounding is that it is living with embodiment. Grounding is embodying the life force energy that you are.  Many folks talk about grounding into the earth to create a sense of embodiment. This works well to pull you into your body. As you evolve, however, this way of grounding may become a limitation.

Grounding through your light body

Lately, I have become aware that for some, grounding in your physical body by pulling inward and into the earth can be a limitation.  Alternately, it can be more beneficial for some to ground by expanding out. It is a paradigm shift for sure. But for folks who are evolving their vibration and who feel like they are on a mission to decrease polarity, this works way better.

As a lightworker, you may be becoming aware that your body is not a container where a stream of light comes through the top of your crown.  You may be becoming aware that you are more space than atoms. For you, you may sense the light is streaming in through ALL the spaces. Conversely, the light from your chakras beams out from your body. This happens most effectively when they are expanded bands of light rather than contained circles of light.  Therefore, when you feel “ungrounded” expanding back out to your light body will give you more possibilities, trust, and empowerment to be of service source energy.

A new grounding practice for more possibility

To practice this, start with expanding each chakra out to your auric field as a band of light.  Then imagine beams of light coming through each pore and space of your body. Expand the band of light from the chakras outward.  After practicing this once a day for a while,  you can do it on the spot by just expanding your core light out from your center.

What I have noticed is this practice grounds me in my light body rather than my physical body. This opens up trust in what I have to contribute to the present moment without fear, hesitation or limitation.

Question?

Please post below. I’d be happy to coach you on this!
