Unity ConsciousnessWhat do you tune to each day?  There are an enormous amount of vibrations to tune to during the day. Will you tune to them by default or will you deliberately choose where you put your focus?  Emotions, thoughts, and triggers can carry us in a lot of different directions. I find it helpful to have a plan as to what to do when the stories, wounds, and memories sneak up into the day.   Tuning with Unity Consciousness helps.

The SELF

I feel these days that Unity Consciousness is the same thing as my SELF.  The more I tune into Unity Consciousness the more I feel a space of peace not only in myself but also when I am interacting with others.  It is this sweet space that all of us can commune around.  We all have these individualized expressed lives and different realities but Unity Consciousness is where we can connect in allness and sameness beyond any story, ego, or personality.  This is what I feel the Self is.

Sound Therapy to tune to Unity Consciousness

When I am getting along with friends and family and feel a flow in my work it usually is when I am spending more time in Unity Consciousness. So I have come up with a way to tune to that every day. One of my favorite things is meditating to feel a deep sense of this Unity Consciousness. Then take a breath and let out a vowel sound. The sound usually puts me into an even deeper space of peace. Afterward,  I can take that sound with me for the rest of the day. Whenever there is a tense moment to an experience where I find myself reacting from the past or letting my ego run amok, I let out the vowel sound from the morning again and again. It leads me right back to the deep peace I felt in the morning.

Becoming the Dominant Frequency of Your Day

The more I do this practice in the morning and the more I use it throughout the day, the more potent it becomes.  Becoming the dominant frequency in your life is a practice worth its time. Vocal sound can be the bridge for you to reach Unity Consciousness throughout your day.   The more you practice the more you become the energy of the practice.  Now, I find that I can let out a vowel sound with the intention of Unity Consciousness and I’m right there, whether I meditated or not that day.  Remember repetition and consistency are key when you are creating this bridge to Unity Consciousness. So whenever you have time to meditate and sound or get to a sound bath that is offering the intention of inner peace take the time for it all! It will help this bridging process to bring the SELF forward in your life with all that you are living.
