Today I am going over 5 ninja hacks to control your monkey mind. All the negative thinking that is keeping you from living the life you really desire, that old programming holding you captive in your mind, You get to control it now. Learn how to control your mind today.
- Create more awareness through your witness body. In yoga, we are taught to watch and listen deeply to our inner world to learn to be a neutral bystander. Becoming aware of your breathing is a great practice to grow this witness part of your self. This is the first key to learning to control your mind.
- Identify the truth about you – that you are not your mind and you are not your thoughts. Here you get to realize that there is something doing the watching and something doing the thinking. This is a crucial step to having more control over your mind.
- Clear and Cut old thoughts you don’t want. It is important to have a boundary with what you are willing to think and not think. The witness needs to be developed for this to work. Every thought has a point of creation and a point of destruction. You get to be in charge of when it stops.
- Return to sender. Not all thoughts in your mind are yours. Learn how to decide which are yours and which are not. Then become aware of what to do with the ones that are not yours.
- Release the seed of the thoughts you no longer want to think. I do this with sound healing or alignment through sound. Other ways to do this are through Access Consciousness Bars, Holy Fire Reiki, EMDR, Tapping and NLP as well as yoga. Every thought, emotion, belief, and feeling is a frequency of electromagnetic energy. That frequency can be released or changed. When the seed of the though is not there, there is no thought.
